Returns & Refunds

14-day cancellation right for eligible online purchases

If you buy eligible goods online, you may tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. After telling us, you normally have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Refunds are made in accordance with UK consumer law. Statutory exceptions can apply, for example to certain personalised, perishable or sealed hygiene goods after opening.

Faulty, misdescribed or unfit goods

The 14-day cancellation period does not remove or limit your separate statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To start a return, email info@lomega.co.uk with your order number and item details.
